I previously reviewed the Fossil Canyon which I used first, and I did not like it. So I didn't have high hopes for this Dozer model. But I was pleasantly surprised at how much more comfortable it was. I especially notice the heel bed being very well padded. The tongue also cushions the strap so you don't feel it. It also seems light, and there are hardly any irritating spots on it, even when new. I also wore these in water for a few minutes, and didn't notice any ill effects on the shoe.

Very comfortable and much more functional than a typical sandal. Easy on easy off with the velcro strap, and it conforms to the foot more like an athletic shoe than a sandal. The looks can't be beat: Way cool. -- Comfy and cool

I normally wear US (men's) 9.5 or 10. Size 10 fits perfectly without socks. Eager to try them kayaking, really comfortable so far. -- First Impressions......................great!

I have been reluctant to purchase any make of sandals due to the fact that in addition to having a wide foot, I must use orthotics with all of my foot ware. Although these sandals felt a bit snug initially, they are extremely comfortable now. I will purchase them again when needed. -- Better than expected
