Power Bar's and energy bars in general have a reputation. You know the rep I'm talking about... the completely unpalatable and inedible rep. I bought the Harvest Strawberries and they are actually decently good. I'm a fair fan of the "protein" Power Bars, but I still find them fairly challenging to just chow down (or eat without water). For me, these new harvest ones don't have that problem. It sort of reminds me of a standard granola bar, but with "more" to it. Plus they are still a little chewy. These are the first power bar's I've ever bought in bulk, previously I'd one off them at the local grocery store - I think they are that good. -- Actually really quite tasty
Filling, delicious, and packs in some nutrition too. This review is for the Toffee Choc Chip ones. Love the bar, but they can be a bit messy. The little chocolate chips fall off the bars very easily. Watch out if you're trying to use this as breakfast on-the-go on your way to work. You might end up with some unwanted chocolate spots! -- Great Flavor, a bit messy
The whole family likes these, but the reason I'm such a big fan is that my son likes them. I have an 8 year old who is a really fussy eater. He loves these, and they're so good for them. I also like that I can stick them in my purse and they aren't too delicate--they'll last in there until we're stuck somewhere and my child is starving. The double chocolate crisp is our favorite flavor. -- Family Favorite
I gave them 4 stars because there is too much sugar. I got a coupon to buy 2 bars and get one free. I am glad I tried them. I just found them on here and it is cheaper than my local grocery store and the shipping is free. I used them as meal replacement. I am one of those people who hate to eat breakfast or eat when I first get up. -- Great tasting!
This is my favorite flavor. It's chewy (not dry) and pretty filling. A good lunch substitute on really busy work days... or a great snack for a normal person. :) -- harvesty delight
