it is my 3rd Caruso. I love what it does to my hair - besides shaping it. The steam helps keep my hair soft and much less dry... -- could not live without..
The product works wonders to smooth out my frizzy hair during periods of high humidity. Unfortunately, the heating units only last one year at most. I have tried distilled water, adding vinegar to the water once a week and everything else I can think of. It would be great if a replacement unit could be purchased without the cost of extra rollers and clips. -- Wonderful but short lived
I have used the Caruso for over close to 15 years now. I have went through a few, but overall each one lasts a long period of time. I love the product. It doesn't dry my hair out, but leaves it feeling soft and in good condition. The curls come wonderful. I highly recommend this product for all those that want to have curls, but do not want the drying out and burning of a typical iron curler.
